Do you have a storefront?
No, we do not. We are a small family business ran out of a private studio. If you would like to buy our glass in person, look at our lists of shops or find us at a event!
What is the turn around time for website orders?
All of our pieces are made to order, when ordered. Our normal turn around time is 10-14 business days. When we are experiencing high volume of orders or unforseeable circumstances at home or in the shop, this may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and support when choosing a small, handmade business.
Shipping and Tracking FAQ?
We do most of our shipping through USPS.
All orders will come with a tracking number sent via email when the order is shipped. Once the package is shipped, it sometimes take 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated by the carrier.
Do you offer classes?
We offer a limited amount of 1:1 glass classes, couples date classes and apprentice opportunities a year depending upon our availability and the weather. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us to see if we have any available spots.
Do you accept returns on glass?
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to exchange an unused piece, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make arrangements to exchange. Customer pays return shipping. If item is not returned in original condition, customer is responsible for loss of value.
Do you do custom orders?
Please contact us with your ideas and we will talk about making your idea into a reality with our help, if possible!
The price of your custom order is dependent on the difficulty, time and cost of materials.
The wait time for custom orders is dependent upon how busy we are, how long it takes to get the materials +
then the actual production time.
